Hey there fans of Dragon ball super and welcome to another animeblog article! My name is Ricky and today I will be discussing an interview with Dragon ball Super’s author as he explains why the manga is different from the anime.
To begin with, when it comes to the content that is provided the story is written by Akira Toriyama (Creator of Dragon ball). However specifics such as dialogue are not given to ToyotarÅ, who is the illustrator behind the Dragon ball Super manga.
In the interview he discusses how he is simply given an outline by Akira, where he has to interrupt into manga format, but has the freedom and creative control to provide specifics such as the dialogue per shot.
He also discusses that he gets and average of about 4 hours of sleep per night, as well as other things in his personal life. He goes on to say that the manga is simply to provide entertainment for viewers and that he doesn’t want to convey any specific values. This values or interpretations are based upon the viewer’s own perspective of reading the content.
ToyotarÅ goes on to say that he wants to be the successor to Akira Toriyama and imply provide the best for the series.
Anyways, that’s it for my article. Thank you for reading and if you have any questions please leave them in the comments below!
